1 tuore kypsä ja makea ananas
1 dl kookosmaitoa
1 1/2 dl Malibu -kookosrommia
1/2 l vaniljajäätelöä
Kuori ananas ja poista kova keskus. Paloittele ananas kulhoon ja soseuta sauvasekoittimella. Sekoita joukkoon kookosmaito sekä rommi. Paloittele kulhoon vaniljajäätelö ja sekoita sauvasekoittimella tasaiseksi ja kuohkeaksi. Kaada pirtelö laseihin ja tarjoile heti.
Malibuun tehty Piña Colada oli niin hyvää, että tuli mieleen kokeilla myös pirtelöä samoilla mauilla. Tämä se vasta hyvää olikin! Loppukesän ajan nautiskellaan varmaan näitä...
